At The Watermelon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Certain products, such as hygiene-sensitive skincare items (e.g., opened creams, serums, or micellar water), may not be eligible for return once opened.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Support team at info@watermelongulf.ae within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@watermelongulf.ae with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
