At The Watermelon, we aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our shipping details below:

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders above AED 100.

  • A flat delivery fee of AED 10 applies for orders below this amount.

  • Shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Timeline

  • We deliver across the UAE within 2–3 business days.

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following business day.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take an extra day.

Delays & Exceptions

While we always strive to deliver on time, please note:

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues.

  • If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you immediately.

Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • If the courier is unable to deliver (due to incorrect address, no answer, etc.), your package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we can reschedule the delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
